Terms of Use

The terms below govern use of the darkshore.us website. They do not constitute a service agreement; engagement-specific terms are set out separately in each statement of work.

Last updated: April 30, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using darkshore.us (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. About us

The Site is published by Darkshore INC, a New York corporation with offices at 8763 16th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214, United States. References to "Darkshore", "we", "us", and "our" mean Darkshore INC.

3. Informational purpose

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice. The content is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms; services are provided only under a written statement of work signed by both parties.

4. No guarantees of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many variables we don't fully control — including market conditions, platform behavior, offer strength, and execution outside the advertising account. Information on the Site does not promise or guarantee any particular result, return, lead volume, or performance metric. Any specific commitments are made only in the relevant statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, layout, code, copy, and visual assets, is owned by Darkshore INC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. Republishing, redistributing, scraping, or using Site content for the training of any machine-learning model without our prior written consent is not permitted.

"Darkshore" and the Darkshore mark are trademarks of Darkshore INC. All other marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or attempting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use any automated system to access, copy, or index the Site beyond what's reasonable for a standard search engine, or in violation of robots.txt.
  • Use the Site to send spam, harassment, or otherwise unlawful communications to us or anyone else.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Forms and inquiries

By submitting an inquiry through the Site or by email, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. We use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARKSHORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARKSHORE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Darkshore harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
